Customer Services is dedicated to providing quality services to our customers in handling water service related matters such as new accounts, meter installations, billing, payment processing, collections and water use efficiency. Most customer inquiries come into Customer Services where friendly and helpful specialists answer questions, solve problems and make referrals to other departments. The PCWA Business Center Lobby is open Monday through Thursday: 8am-5pm, and closed Friday. Customer Service Representatives are available by phone at (530) 823-4850 or (800) 464-0030 Monday through Thursday: 8am-5:30pm, and Friday: 8am-5:00pm. Customer Services can also be reached by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (please allow two business days for a response to your email inquiry). PCWA is closed on all major holidays.
If you have an after-hours emergency, please call (530) 823-4850 and our answering service will relay your call to standby personnel who can assist you.
