2025 Urban Water Management Plan
and Water Shortage Contingency Plan
PCWA is updating its 2025 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP) and Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) and is inviting the community to participate in the public review process. These plans guide how the PCWA manages water supply, demand, and conservation efforts, and outline actions during potential water shortages.
The draft documents will be available for public review beginning by June 4, 2026, on this page and in person at 144 Ferguson Road, Auburn, CA. A public hearing will be held on June 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. during the Board of Directors' meeting, where the Board will consider adoption of the plans and receive public input.
