The Agency currently employs 179 in a wide range of occupations. The Agency's Administrative Services Department is responsible for hiring, safety programs, risk management, claims administration, property insurance and information systems.

The Administrative Services Department includes 15 employees and is headed by Valerie C. Lord, Director. The department administers employee payroll and benefit programs, including insurance and retirement and works closely with other departments to maintain staffing levels and safe working conditions. Labor relations, including wage and benefit negotiations with employees and the establishment and administration of compensation programs also come under Administrative Services purview.

The Administrative Services Department is responsible for data information services, including a central computer, local and wide area networks, and personal desktop computers. A SCADA (Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition) system is used to monitor water flows in the system.
