Water Connection Charge Facilities Agreement Payment Program for Housing Development
With the economic recession creating a substantial adverse impact on the home building industry, the PCWA Board of Directors approved a WCC Facilities Agreement Payment Program, which provides two payment options for the water connection charges with certain restrictions and parameters.
