From time-to-time, water outages will occur. A water outage could be planned or the result of infrastructure failure. The outage may impact treated water and/or canal water customers. For planned or scheduled water outages, PCWA does its best to inform customers in advance. For additional information about your canal, see Irrigation Canal Information.
To report an emergency water outage, please call PCWA Customer Services at (530) 823-4850 24-hours a day. Our after hours phone service and standby service crews are available to assist you.

Irrigation Canal Outage Information

- 2015 Zone 3 Canal Repair/Maintenance Schedule – The following Zone 3 canals are in need for flume replacement, gunite, and other critical maintenance. The scheduled outage is to begin the evening of February 12th, 2015 through March 5th, 2015, and then again April 1st, 2015 through April 30th, 2015.
Water Outage Time Frame:
Every Monday evening starting at approximately 9:00pm.
Every Thursday evening starting at approximately 9:00pm.
Water Recovery Timeframe - Specifically, from the time your water fails, you may expect to recover in approximately 24 hours
Every Tuesday evening starting at approximately 4:00pm.
Every Friday evening starting at approximately 4:00pm.
